Introduction£ºDuring Westernization Movement in late Qing dynasty, upper class gentlemen attached importance to diet. Here there were housekeepers who were specialized in cooking. Breakfast is most important. In middle courtyard birds are singing and flowers are fragrant. Outside the house there is nice lake view and green hill. Owners can relax themselves completely. Seasonal vegetables and well-know Wuxi refreshments are served here, which have sufficient nutrients without grease. They are light yet delicious. Foods are supplied to owner¡¯s taste. Owners enjoy precious life, consider gain and loss in the past and plan present actions. They are alert and smart. In 1881, military minister Zuo Zongtang passed by and had stayed here. He praised the breakfast prepared for him.

Introduction to the butler
One day, an Anglicized Butler followed his master to India.¡¡At an outdoor grand party the butler was told by a servant there¡¯s a tiger coming here! Then, he gently waked to his master and bowed, saying in the undertone, ¡® Dear master, forgive me for disturbing you, would you mind let me use your rifle for a while?¡¯ whereafter there¡¯s a sound from the gun, but then the butler say to everyone in elegance, ¡®Ladies and gentleman, please keep on your dinner, the previous happening will not bother you and will leave no trace.¡¯
It is somewhat of a legend, but keeps coming down in butlers. Once the story coming out, every butler is proud of that because almost everybody tends to recognize the Anglicized Butler is the ¡°gentleman among gentlemen¡±Be gentler than gentlemen, be nobler than nobles.
The vocation Anglicized Butler has the long overseas tradition. In one word, they are not the descendant of the noble, but the teacher of them.
It¡¯s true. Their employs are in high status, e.g. billionaires, social celebrities, politicians and nobles.
